We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Due to the intimate nature of shapewear products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
All original parts, accessories, and promotional items must be included.
Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, worn, washed, altered, or damaged shapewear cannot be returned.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
Securely pack the item and attach the provided return label.
Drop off the package at the designated courier location.
All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Partial or no refunds may be issued if:
The return is incomplete or missing items.
The product is not in its original condition.
The quantity returned does not match the original order.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We do not accept returns on:
Worn, washed, or used shapewear
Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items
Custom or personalized products
